DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY?

Due to the nature of digital products, you will immediately receive your templates at the time of purchase. As a result, we aren’t able to offer refunds or exchanges. However, we want to make sure that you’re satisfied with your order. If you find that it doesn’t meet your needs or you have any issues integrating or editing, reach out to customer support to let us know how we can help!

ARE ALL OF YOUR TEMPLATES MADE IN CANVA?

Yes. Canva & (sometimes) Google. We surveyed hundreds of social media service providers and found that Canva was the most preferred editing software, due to its ease of use & overall cost. You can sign up for a free Canva account here, though we highly recommend investing in Canva Pro, as it’s a tax deductible business expense that truly keeps getting better!

CAN I SHARE THESE TEMPLATES & TOOLS WITH CLIENTS AND TEAM MEMBERS?

Sorry, but no. Sharing templates is considered pirating & is a violation to our Terms.

When purchasing any of our digital offers, you are buying a single license to use it within your own business processes. Duplicating these resources for the benefit of clients, business buds & team members to use as their own is strictly prohibited.

HOW DO GIFT CARDS WORK?

When making a purchase in our store, you can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code in the appropriate field at checkout. 

Gift card codes aren't case sensitive & do not expire. 

The balance on a gift card can be spent on more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order. 

When a customer redeems a gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:

  • If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then the customer can click Complete order.

  • If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then the customer is prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

If you are buying a gift card for someone else, you will need to forward the gift card email to the recipient.
